Recently I have been having flashbacks of my past....and it makes me feel nervous, disturbed and scared. And it makes me avoid and push other people away from me..
I'll try to remind myself that Past is Past. But I still can't help it, but feel little bit gloomy and nervous.
Oh, how I 'like' when my mind is "Oh! Do you remember that you did this and that back then?" Well...yeah I do remember, but no...I don't want to remember them for reason.
But flashbacks just come around...again..
